A Goodwood constable suspected of beating a handcuffed suspect to death has been arrested.
Police watchdog, the Independent Complaints Directorate’s Moses Dlamini, said on Monday that the constable and two friends were charged with murder after Asanda Dondolo, 20, was found dead in police cells.
